Sometimes, we build up these occasions in our minds. As a therapist I have worked with everyone from conservatoire concert pianists, to international DJs, to stage actors in London’s West End – all with great success.

By following my instructions carefully and reducing how much they eat, my clients typically lose between five and eight pounds in the first week. Following that, weight loss is usually a steady and sustainable one to two pounds per week.

When we suffer any kind of physical trauma, we know straight away that we need to bandage the wound or have broken limbs reset. When we experience emotional or psychological trauma, often at the same time as physical injury, it isn’t quite as easy to know how to get help.
